What to Expect

Working with an organizer is not solely about bringing in someone to remove your clutter.  It’s about solving the reasons why your space gets that way in the first place. Each room is approached to find a solution that is custom crafted for you with an easy maintenance solution that is taught to you by a professional.  Partnering with an organizer is about sharing the way that you function so they can offer tools and techniques to sharpen your workflow and to free your space of excess.


Get Started!

Make an appointment to discuss your project.   Decide if you are a do-it-yourself person or if you would benefit from hands on assistance.  Set up an appointment for a consultation.  Several worksheets with questions will be sent to you to fill out and complete.  These are an important tool that will give me an overall understanding of your needs so I can determine how I can best be of help.


Consultations consist of:


  1. A Walk-through of your space

  2. A analysis of what works and what doesn’t in your current workflow and storage options

  3. A discussion of your needs and desired outcomes

  4. Explore various workflow strategies and storage solutions that get you to your goal

  5. Develop a plan of action



Maintenance Packages

Even the best systems need updating.  As our lives change so do our workflows and as we collect more belongings our storage options must also expand.  Spring cleaning is just another way of saying it’s time to re-evaluate what items are no longer functional in your life and let them go to make room for new ones that serve you better.  These are examples of why maintenance packages are made available to keep your space and workflows in step with the ever changing progress of your life.


Gift Certificates

Give the gift of organization to someone you love and care about. Gift Certificates are a wonderful idea for Birthday’s, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or even a Thank you gift.  They make a unique Graduation, Teacher Appreciation, House Warming or Baby Shower present.  They’re also a great stocking stuffer to ease the post-holiday stress of storing decorations or even putting together a photo album of the special memories.  Give the gift of a personal organizer today!


Contract

There is a contract for services which outlines our agreement.  It is always better to have a full understanding of what will be delivered in writing, signed by you and your organizer.


Forms of Payment

Payment is due at the end of each organizing session. Organize and Systemize, LLC accepts the following forms of payment: cash, check, or credit cards, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Checks should be made payable to Organize and Systemize, LLC. A paid invoice will be forwarded directly to you by mail or e-mail.

  1.    Payments are due on the day of your appointment

  2.    Flat rates are available for larger projects and fee arrangements can be discussed

  3.    Rates vary for speaking engagements. Contact Jennifer at 954-328-8052 to discuss a presentation for your next event.


Travel Fees & Service Area

My service area is within the South Florida Tri-County area of Dade, Broward and the Palm Beaches.  If you are outside my service area there are extra fees for travel and mileage.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is required 48 hours in advance.  Otherwise there is a $50 fee.  This is a professional service and the policy is based on the need for mutual respect for one another’s time.
